Obviously there is a bunch of stuff on the tunings like the tuturial on this site, but has anyone done any study on the tuning offsets (deviation from pure intervals in cents) used with the different tunings on different songs?

I did a little study in this with some tunings a while back that I had made up. Comparing standard to the alternate tunings and the intervals and all that. I didn't really spend much time at all on it so I don't really have any thing to say.
