about the time that came out, I was playing Star Wars: Galaxies (before they ruined it).
only got about 1/2 way through KOTOR though. why should that link make me mad? lately, I've been playing Fallout 3. it consumes me. |

ah I played all of kotor 1 and 2 and really liked them. But they aren't making a kotor 3 in a single player format like the original games....
that's why I liked them. I'm not into mmorpgs or whatever they're called...and thats what this will be. bummer |

oooh didn't see it was a mmo.
it'll be badass if they do it right. again, they TOTALLY screwed up the last one. I'm going to have to keep an eye on this. if it starts to look good, I might have to install windows on my mac. |

Piss me off? Hell no - Bioware kicks ass and I'd love to start a new MMORPG.

there is currently a lack of sci-fi based mmo's right now. everybody is taking the WoW route. I'd love to try the new Warhammer game (I played table-top 40k), but I'm not too keen on running boot camp for the mac (it just feels WRONG).
a few years ago, there was talk about a new Star Trek mmo, and although I have no interest in Star Trek, it didn't matter anyways. it was vaporware. sometimes I miss the old single-player SSI turn based D&D games. they even had a Buck Rogers one....man that was a badass game. |

I haven't done much else since Friday. I even put my Rock Band drums on temporary hold. it may be the best single-player RPG ever. |

I believe that from the spot. I LOVED the first two parts, and if I just imagine fallout 3 being 50% of that with the graphics shown in the trailers I would die happy

I just like how open-ended it is. it's a lot like Oblivion in that way.
although I've been playing a nice guy (lots of good karma), I could be a corpse-eating wasteland warlord if I wanted to. I'll go bad if I have enough time after the new Call of Duty comes out. |

did you played the old ones?
seems that they included some of the stuff everyone loved about fallout one and two. on which system are you playing it? ps3 or 360? |

I'm playing on a 360. I played Fallout 1, but not 2.
the whole series is really an homage to Wasteland, one of my all-time favorite games. Commodore 64, oh, how I miss you! |

damn, thats what I not wanted to hear, hahaha unfortunately I got no xbox 360 or an ps3, I think I will wait till my next semester break, and maybe the prices will drop after christmas, so I am gonna spend one whole month just for fallout, cause I am sure it deserves it

Enjoy having an mmorpg remind you that life is just a series of menial tasks to propel a weak, unremarkable storyline.

I like the single player rpgs better...we'll see... Another thing that is irking me is the graphics for the old republic look fucking cartoony as hell.... |

Fallout 3 is consuming most of my free time right now. I just crossed the Potomac into D.C. Super Mutants are freakin launching missles at me.
I think I'm going to try to somehow join the Brotherhood of Steel.
