Neither do I, although my lobes are stretched. I do it simply because I like the jewelry that is available for stretched piercings. I'm at an 8g, which is juuuuust big enough to see light through if you look closely enough.

With jewelry/without:

There is a point where I'll stop. I'm extremely paranoid about ripping the lobe. I've had nightmares about it.

These are OK. Anything bigger than about an eraser with jewelry in is just gross. Microdermals/dermals, however, are fucking hot. Basically, I'm against gaping holes where they shouldn't be. The only piercing I'd ever consider would be nose (with a ring) or helix.
