i have a scorpio rising and it's within the first few degrees of the house and it affects the piscean aspects of my personality pretty strongly even though my sun and moon are both in pisces

and a sun
and a rising/ascendant
and every other planet

they're all in some sign, all dependent on the date and time and location of your birth

& sorry my moon is in capricorn not pisces
moon = internal personality
rising/ascendant = public personality

i have to be the best. at EVERYTHING. and if i'm not i will do anything to become the best. very competitive.
