Grass Valley Edius and Sony Vegas.
I'm thinking of buying a Mini to run Final Cut. I don't believe its a truly great product but certainly a decent one. And every effing job on craigslist seems to need it. Of I should at least take or course or something. I've heard complaints that Apple has been dumbing it down--hiding some previously easy functions.

Sony Vegas 9 - I would never use anything else...except for maybe Vegas 10 whenever it comes out.
