i thought every album so far was pretty different to the previous. first album with Ai is gonna be interesting, and im sure is gonna be one of the musical highlights of the year just as kilakilakila was. |

I used to have an oink membership & an indietorrents membership... I screwed up & lost the password & they never gave me a new one & I can't remember what happened at indietorrents...
I would bet that one of those sites has it. I'll go to the record store next saturday & if they don't have it, I'll ask about it. |

a mate was running the boredoms gig in dublin a few weeks ago. the boredoms wanted to use some piece of music as an intro or something and yoshimi and eye went thru my mates cds. low and behold there was 3 neu! albums there that i had burned for him the previous day. they grabbed one of em and after the gig yoshimi gave my mate a couple of copies of tiaga, one for him and one for the neu cdr burning guy!!!
i did say "indirectly" |

Their cover art alone has been worth every dime of their releases. Much love.

I have heard this one and I don't think it's all that different from their earlier stuff. Hardly a radical departure or anything but it is really nice.

i love it.
they played about half the songs on the last america tour, including the new version of asozan. alot less gtr driven than kilakilakila, and alot of overdubs and bits and bobs added after, and alot of percusion. (like g&g) havnt had chance to fully listen to it yet, as mac wont let me put it on my md fast enough and im moving apts right now. i cant imagine anyone who liked kilakilakila and gold and green being disapointed. tribal is a fairly good word to descrbe it. but i cant see why everyneurotic says its so different to the rest. i thougt all the other albums were completely different to each other, whilest so far, i can hear certain similarities between this and every other album. anyway, i already like taiga a million times more than rather ripped. |
