I was there. It was part of the South Bank Centre in London's annual Meltdown festival, where a figure from the music world gets to curate the centre's programme for a couple of weeks. In the year in question the curator was John Peel, and one of his evenings was Spiritualised with SY opening. SY then joined Spiritualised for an improvised (I assume) encore.
I missed the encore because Spiritualised bored me and I went home Tracks 8-10 on the bootleg are taken from a BBC radio broadcast of part of SY's set. Two other tracks - French Tickler and Hits of Sunshine - were also broadcast. |

There is a webcast video for the Montreux performance (first 7 tracks or so from the bootleg). As for the jam with spiritualuzed, i don't think a video is arround, but an audio FM tape of 5 songs from that night is out there!

I'm not aware of any video from London. I don't recall seeing cameras.

I just picked up a copy of this today in a local record store, pleasant surprise. Very good quality boot.

I have a copy of this somewhere. I probably haven't listened to it in six or seven years. I don't remember being all ga-ga over it, obviously....
