best 3 albums: nycg&f*, experimental jet set, murray street, a thousand leaves, ddn, washing machine, confusion is sex, dirty, goo, sister, evol, syr1,2 & 3, EP, whitey album, nurse, the half of rather ripped.

worst 3 albums: the eternal, the other half of rather ripped.

does anyone else come up short when trying to formualte a worst three? i only picked those three because they were during a rotten time of my life. we should all compare our lives to sonic youth albums.

It certainly seems that NYC Ghosts & Flowers is the most controversial of their albums. 50/50 love or hate.

The album art for Confusion always throws me because it's all black and white. Makes it feel cheap.
