i think if you carefully look at the grammar of mr. blonde it clearly shows that he's not a native english speaker.

toko - maybe it doesn't imply it, but at least it doesn't exclude the possibility... and of course the specific mentioning of not giving "two shits" feeds board rumours of tokolosh perhaps still giving at least one shit... and even if tokolosh says he doesn't give "a shit" then still we wouldn't be sure if he perhaps wouldn't give half a shit... or a third of a shit, etc.
