I've actually heard that eating tinned pineapple is good for when you're feeling low. Apparantly it sends out endorphines into your system. I'm not sure how true it is, but like I said, it's what I've heard.

whoever said masturbating is one hundred percent right. i always jack it when im sad, i even jacked it this morning for the hangover remedy.

when i was detoxing off opiates, i prolly masturbated four times a day on average, it was temporary relief from the pain, and my sex drive was coming back with vengeance.
