ahhh Assblaster, I am honored. You made a public quote of mine your signature to embarass me. grow up dude, I could care less. If you take things in life to personally, especially internet message board gripe, then you're bound to be living life in a negative way.
"and you say you just can't live that negative way, if you know what I mean, make way, for the positive day, for its a new day, and its a new time, and if its a new feelings, then its a new Zion, are you picking up? are you picking up? jah love jah love, protect us... Rastaman Vibration is Positive, you've got to have a good vibe, InI Vibration is Positive, Live if you want to live!"

some of you fuckers are the biggest whiners on the planet, some people can't even enjoy music because they don't even have the money for a stereo or cds or lps or whateverare the transportation ability to get to a gig, so what's the use in complaining unless you are spoiled little shits wanting the best out of everything.
if you don't like what you hear from this band, then make some better music yourself or listen to something else that you can talk highly of instead of just blasting off flipping on this album or what the band is doing live... (btw, i think that was not the original intend of this thread too!!!) because its too easy and anyone can just rip on something they think is shit... do some of you love to dwell on the negative? grow up you little shits. |

does that make any sense? what is considered "good" music (or bad) is a matter of opinion of an individual... that goes without saying. i have a fuckin' job and a good one (i didn't graduate from college w/ an engineering degree for nothing). its reactions like this that just reinforce may previous post, i guess its not far off that i think alot of you have the mental capacity of an invalid child, but physically exist as a young adult. what's the problem with saying we should get back to the original intent of this thread instead of bashing this album, there are plenty of threads already about that, does it ever "tire" some of you? "blah blah blah" a typical response by someone who likes to "dish it" but can't "take it" and elaborate on what they are thinking... whatever i'm finished with debating this shit any further, beacause with a handful of you its like beating a dead horse. |

I know I should not keep my hopes up but if they played as many non RR tracks as they did the paris shows compared to the US shows so far, I would be very happy. I will be seeing them play this Friday and will try to keep track of the setlist as best I can. Geez that would be cool if they played Mote here.

so for them to logically make him feel at ease with the roll, time is required for him to learn the material, probably the new stuff is first... i do kinda agree that they are playing alot of new material, but i remember it being the same way when ATL came out and they toured a long long time just playing those songs and then Death Valley '69 as the closer and then maybe Shadow of A Doubt, it was late during the ATL tours where they expanded to player the older favs. although i think some songs off Sister (Tuff Gnarl, Stereo Sanctity) and Experimental Jetset (In The Mind of Bourgeious Reader, Screaming Skull) would work well w/ this newer material, and of course it be nice if they closed a set w/ I Love Her All The Time. their back catalog is nearly to expansive to play everything we all want to hear, so you either relax kick back go to the show and enjoy it as it is, or you flat out just don't go. pretty simple. |
