It pisses me off. I get pissed off at the herbal tea. I say:
herbal tea, you are one big sarcastic motherfucker, while I stare at you, you stare at me and you know in the end I'm just livid. Because you don't work, but you blame me.

i know someone who used to have panic attacks. her partner would say:

have some herbal tea, take deep breaths.

SHES HAVING A FUCKING PANIC ATTACK.

unless you throw a dart with some drug, don't even bother with tea.

I think the definition of a panic attack. No, I don't get them I think. There was one episode many years ago in which I went completely mental. But no.

I suffer from some anxiety I think. It's weird becomes it comes at night, when I am supposed to relax and go to bed or whatever. Suddenly, every single thing starts bothering me, I get really nervous and my heart beats faster and I don't breathe very well and when I finally manage to fall asleep I wake up from sinister dreams.

Yeah, bring those fosters over.

having a panic attack and just being stressed out are two different things, erm. Are you having them 24 /7? perhaps you shoulod try some sedatives.

go to the doctor, not an internet message board.

I don't mind posting random junk, but if yr seriously unwell and it is having a negative impact on yr life, we aren't the people to help.

and i´ve been to doctors many times.

they are not able to help.
