I own a house my aunt left me when she died but it's a shithole and it's currently being rented out. I'm going to sell it as soon as those people move out.

Roof's falling in, no furance, sewage system needs replaced, bug infestation..... and it's being rented out currently.
Though I think they're moving out by winter because of the no furnace thing. |

I actually considered buying on of those SX guitars. The jazz/jag looking model can be had for about $150ish on ebay and the strat/tele models about $100. They seem to be good for the price.

get a used guitar. dont ever buy new.
used guitars are cheaper and sound better. usually play better too. jazzmasters are awesome. But so are mustangs. Jazzmasters/mustang+bigg muff=sex. as in immaculate conception sex.
