The dreaded trip to the supermarket is getting closer. I love supermarkets but i never know what food to buy because i'm the worst cook that i know so i'm open to suggestions more than most. I have developed an obsession with Marmite because of its iron content. Help me. I could have asked Pookie but i think i might need more of a collective effort for this one.
