that was damn good. imma find more of that guy vintons work, tried to find a dvd copy of the adventures of mark twain but apparently it's not on dvd. "blabber mouth computer!" lol, that was awesome.

If you've got a Rapidshare account you could download it, too, if you knew where to look. I'm so glad I found about this guy in the other thread; his stuff is incredible (or rather, his team's stuff is). I've got the whole film in front of me now and I think I'm going to go watch it. If it's anything like as dark as that Mysterious Stranger segment, though... ...whoah.

There's another pretty disturbing cartoon I've seen from the NFB. It was made with the sand technique, and is about some cloaked guy who magically produces a gun and alcohol in a small village. I swear it's called "the Wanderer" and it was based on some story I think was called "the Devil and the Mushroom" (but the last time I saw it was about 10 years ago, so I can't really be sure). Does anyone have any idea of the film I'm talking about?
