Halfbird I guess. Runners Four is by far the best in my opinion, though most people odn't agree. So maybe I'm not the best to ask about this. They're all pretty much the of same quality though I'd probably avoid Friend Opportunity...

i think the runners four is their undisputed best. theyre consistent as fuck. just check out whatever. theyre probably in my top 5 bands of the decade.
