Anyone from outside of France thinking of going to Les Escales Festival?
I'm thinking of coming from the UK but it looks like a bummer to get to. Anyone got any smart ideas getting from Manchester UK or London? Do tell xxx |

I actually would be willing to go across to France to see them, as I'll probably explode if I don't see SY live soon. However, I'm in New York. How fucking ironic.

I'm flying Gatwick to Rennes with Easyjet on the Saturday, and then train from Rennes to St Nazaire, and staying overnight at a cheap-ish hotel, and home again on Sunday. That also gives me time to go to the SY exhibition.

It's 50 Euro for one night. There were cheaper ones available though.
I got my hotel details from here: SAINT-NAZAIRE-TOURISME.COM |

I don't know....going on your own is pain in the ass...then I'd love to go to see SY in France and have a chance pop in to see the Sensational Fix, but then...have a chance to see SY and Diskaholics in one day in Norway is tempting as well. fact is both trips aren't cheap + don't know both places + going on your own sucks....I don't know. but thanks for all info.
