Yes, for the past several weeks, I've been in bed by 10 pm, early by my usual standards. It's good to get a full night's sleep. You won't find me up much chatting here into the wee hours anymore. This is healthier, and I feel better. Don't feel sad about missing me.

My girlfriend poops out around 9:30-10:00PM
I rarely get to sleep before midnight. I just can't. I don't hink when I am on my deathbed I will ever regret not getting enough sleep, but I would definitely regret not drawing that on drawing or listening to that record, or playing certain bad ass video games, or whatever. I cannot stand sleep. I do not ever remember my dreams so for me sleep is like an instant passing I feel myself getting sleepy, I fall asleep ussually in less than a minute and almost instantaneously I hear my alarm waking me up there is no time lapse, just a sudden jolt from midnight to 7:00 AM. it is fucking HORRIBLRE sleep is for suckers. soon I hope the mad scientists come up with a pill we can take so we never have to sleep again, oh how much reading I could do between midnight and 7:00 AM!

I work 3rd shift. So I get to bed at 9 AM. I get up around 3-4PM usually. On the weekends from work, I just stay up as much as possible. Usually one day a week where I end up sleeping 12 hours.
My girlfriend sleeps 12 hours nightly... like 9-10PM to 9-10AM... she has school at noon. |

me too actually. in the past year I have readjusted to waking up early everday for no necessary reason other then to be up early, and subsequently going to bed early, and even avoiding going out past 1AM to be able to get to sleep.

Sometimes I read in bed, or watch TV, or we, well, you know... blush... But the new routine is, in bed by 10, and usually I'm asleep by midnight. After a good read or whatever... . Then I'm up at 5.15 to make coffee and start the new day. It's a good way to live, I tell you.

Yeah, there is that. You'd have to live in L.A., Las Vegas, NYC, or Paris, though, to really make it work.

I'm currently on holidays, so I usually get to bed around 2 or 3 am every night. It's actually 1:40am by the time I'm writing this

...or crystal meth.
my schedule is fucked beyond recognition, i try to wake up early to go walking but i couldn't this week, and i usually start getting dizzy and fucked up at hours ranging from 11 to 2 and then i make no sense about anything so i have to go to sleep; and sometimes when i get arsed to go to bed, i can't sleep until several minutes, if not hours, later. and i usually blackout for around ten minutes during the day. but yesterday i went to bed at around 2:30, walk about 8:30 and slept like 2 hours at around 4. and the thing is, i usually can't sleep in during day light hours. |
