I saw a school bus pass our house at 7:20 in the morning. In my opinion, youngsters should be in bed at that time of the day, sleeping, because sleep is more important to them than being in school at 8:30 a.m. (or earlier), I believe.
I remember my school days; it was hell waking up at around 7:30 to be on time in school. (I rarely went to bed before midnight for most of my secondary school carreer) Late risers unite in Denmark. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programme...nt/6749791.stm Help create B-people friendly societies! Is there a website for that Danish organization? thanks

My school doesn't start till 8.55am so I usually sleep till 8.35 or so, get up, get dressed and run like hell.

I gotta get up at fuckin' 5.45 AM for bloody 'work'.
That's a crime against humanity! I've always been a night owl... I mean, would you ever ship a polar bear over to the Sahara Desert in the middle of Summer? That's what it's like! Ah, and I can hear all the sensible types telling me to just find a better job. Tell that to my Arts degree and my case worker at the local dole office.. |

I think I have always been a B-person and it does not seem to improve…
Every day I try to arrive at work at 9 (which is not that early, considering it is only a 10 minutes walk from where I live) and every day I fail, sometimes by significant margins, just because I need so much time to gather the strength to stand up. Luckily, I can more or less afford to come at 10 and sometimes later if I manage to avoid the boss, but these days, it is getting ridiculous: my alarm clock starts ringing every day at 8:00, and then there’s usually some snoozer action for 40-50 minutes, or more, until I can move out of my bed. Hmm, but I realise all this might simply be because I am sick of my job. One thing is sure, though: in general I am a bit useless in the morning and I get better as the day progresses. |

I completeley destroyed my biorythm over the last weekend. finished an uni project from thursday noon till saturday noon, so I skipped too nights. fell asleep at saturday afternnon till saturday evening, drove to my grandma had some food, came back slept for almost 18 hours till afternoon on sunday, was awake for around 3 or 4 hours and again slept for 18 till sometimes on monday. I have never punched my biorythm that much to the ground like these days. last night I slept only 2 hours...somehow I think thats not healthy
