. If you want to see high people just go to the red light district in Amsterdam (which by the way is the capital of The Netherlands and NOT a country haha) where you'll find PLENTY of your fellow americans feasting on grass.

But, serious... where did you read that the Youth were here??

Sheriff Rhys Chathman was trying to trick you into thinking that he was a member of the band and you just missed them. But he isn't a member of the band, and they didn't go to the Netherlands yet...
