Depends on what kind of noise you're looking for.
These blogs have "noise"/"out" music: http://bychanceuponwaking.blogspot.com/ http://killedincars.blogspot.com http://deletedscenesforgottendreams.blogspot.com/ http://experimentaletc.blogspot.com http://incompletetalesofseveraljourneys.blogspot.com http://wehavenozen.blogspot.com http://notnotfunno.blogspot.com http://mutant-sounds.blogspot.com http://bloodistruth.blogspot.com http://terrornoiseaudio.blogspot.com http://staticcollaborative.blogspot.com |

This one is one of my most favourite music blog on the web, however if Bal was asking about noise specifically, this one's a bad guess, since it's full of mostly soothing ambient and drone music.

I don't really believe in consumer culture. My music's free. I may bleed it and work hard for it but I'd rather bring a handful of people happiness than to get their money, at this point.

Your Wallace is pretty good, but you are way off the mark on your Gromit.
