This is a hard one. Both are good but doesn't belong among my favorites. I think I'll vote Washing Machine, but I'll have to think it over.

Ah jeez. Diamond Sea kicks so much ass, but The Eternal is a better album as a whole.

WM is one of my least favourites, it only has two tracks I really enjoy, so I've gone with The Eternal.

dosen´t feel i´ve heard the eternal enough yet, but it probably won´t be better than WM when i have, so WM gets my vote

Ha, totally disagree. "The Diamond Sea" is my least favorite song on Washing Machine, but the album is one of my favorites by the band.

The Eternal is a retread album without a lot of replay value. So obviously WM ftw.

I like WM, but this is really tough. I don't really get a full perspective until I have had an album for at least a year and the Eternal is quite awesome. Gonna have to go with WM though. Hey ,hey where ya goin in such a rush?
