hi lovely.

i've been too busy, to be honest. my colleague is out on holiday so i gotta do all his stuff and my stuff as well, which is pretty wicked. but on the other hand, i had a major presentation 2 hours ago (in front of 12 people) and I did well and my boss said I sounded very confident which is crazy, because, in fact, i was scared shitless. so, it's pretty cool, that i can handle my social anxiety which I've suffered from for quite a long time.
and, so, yeah.
on Thursday i'm planning to go for a 4day hike which is pretty fucking awesome because there's gonna be just me and my 2 best mates, we'll go and get lost in the magnificent forests and the bears will chase us (bears, meaning actual animals, not hairy homo boys) around .

You are super brave with the presentation. Sometimes I have moments of complete awkwardness when speaking in public, other times I'm fine. The unpredictability is what gets me, my body just freaks out sometimes, and I can't control it.

How far away are you going camping? I... kind of like camping. I can do short trips. Anything more than a couple days and Im over it. But one or two is nice enough without missing modern comforts (I guess Im kinda girly after all )


Im alright. Was on the verge of buying a house this week but now not. Just too many building problems. It's hard.. looking for a place still, not much money at the moment, and still trying to find a job. It is emotionally draining on me and the boyshape and all the space in between us.

But, aside from that little thing, I feel well enough in myself. Tonight I meant to dye my hair, but it didn't happen. Maybe tomorrow... how girly, again..

yeah, like when your hands start shaking, voice goes all trembling and you start to sweat and feel like fainting? i guess you know what we both are talking about.
fucking terrible feeling, isn't it? i guess the teraphy i've been going too helps. plus, i ate a giant chocolate before that, it always calms me down quite a lot.

it's gonna be a 4 day trip and within these 4 days, we want to walk a total distance of 90 kilometres. it's all gonna take place on a hill top. i don't know the exact name of that kind of hike when you travel on hill peaks only and you travel from one peak to another? anywas, it's gonna look something like this:

Your hiking camping trip looks fun.. Are you carrying everything along the way? That's one of the parts I hate I'm happy to just find one nice camping spot and stay still. Maybe walk in the day but come back. But.. I am scawny and Im sure yr not.

Are you going to take lots of pics? or no camera?

Ha.. I get red faced when Im nervous, and sweaty too. It's so silly, and I've no control over it. Often times it happens when I don't think I am THAT nervous.. and sometimes I feel terrified and it doesn't happen. : /

yes, exactly. and it's just annoying that you don't have control over your body functions. I heard yoga is good for things like that, but ... who's got time for that?

and as for the trip, yeah, I'll be carrying a big-ass backpack full of stuff (sleeping bag, clothes for 4 days, water, food, etc etc), so it won't be anything for sissies. i'm looking forward to it so much. you know, sleeping under the dome of night sky, just wrapped in sleeping bag, passing along a bottle of rum and having a campfire or something. very cool, especially when you can escape from the city and just leave the whole civilization behind. freedom, that's how it's called. (pathetic? YES! )

I do a tiny tiny bit of yoga, but not enough. It helps a bit, to keep my back from getting too sore since I havent had a massage in like.. 18 months.. maybe longer.


erm.. night sky, rum, and a sleeping bag (and bug net) sounds wonderful. not pathetic at all!

you don't need no bug net here ... that's why i love Slovakian nature. all the insects here are just tiny ones (with some exceptions). no big tarantulas or anything like that.
i can't wait for Thursday. by the way, just before that i'll go to my hometown on Wednsday night and there will be all the stuff waiting for me that I had bought online in the past month:

- a Sensational Fix book and 7"
- a "No Setlist" book by Jenn Benningfield
- a LOMO LC-A camera (fuck YES ! finally)

it wont be much different... just my regrowth from dark brown to black. leaving the blonde highlights blonde. meh. I should probably get a little hair cut at the front, but I never like what they do at the hairdressers anyway. The rest of it I'm growing out.

It probably is more noticable to you than anyone around you ( I havent ever noticed even though you seem to say it a bit). You're handsome anyway, so it's not like it would ever really make you look bad.

Im a girl, so having never needed to deal with the idea.. it isn't something that bothers me a whole lot or something I think about.

i know, it's also partly my way of making fun of myself. I tend to exagerrate quite a bit.

Just lots of real life type things. Trying to find a new house/job. Working on art/biz plans. Trying to be a better girlfriend. Things that SYG cannot really help with too much. Though, I have tried to ask for input, when I can.. and remembered why I don't ask often.

that's cool. although, you might not believe me, but I've asked for advice in serious life-related matters over here, and i've been given some quality advice too. however, via PM mostly.
