wow, I guess I can't complain. in 16 minutes 25 seconds I was transferred from Florida to India and had it all taken care of with out much holding at all, though I shouldn't have called from my cell phone..

I'm being totally honest right now: say a year ago suchfriends (whom I'm now going to refer to as S-Fad) was one of my least favorite posters. I thought he was just some crazy hippy. And maybe that's true. I don't know either way. I came very close in 2006 when I needed a new comp. I was gonna pick up the mac mini. But then I realized it was a shallow choice. Because it looks so awesome. And I use a ton of PC-only freeware etc.

I've been using the same packard bell computer monitor (with speakers attached to the side) since 1996.

It flickers a lot and no longer gets completely bright.

oh yeah by the way people complain all the time that you can't take the imac apart if something goes wrong

BULLSHIT

what you do is you go to the office store and get these special suction cups that lift the glass screen off. no bs, i did it (replaced the hard drive on my imac with a 1 TB hard drive)
