I was just wondering what are everyones favourite mellow parts in sonic youths songs. You know, parts which make u think wow that sounds really beautiful. Mine would have to be the guitar at the end of i've got a catholic block and also the end of washing machine. Theres so many great parts even really short ones.
any thoughts? |

Dripping Dream came to mind, a few cool moments in there.
The intro to 'Cross The Breeze has always been a favorite. Oh, and Candle too. |

I always found the fadeout of Doctor's Orders to be beautiful.

The whole of 'Beauty Lies in the Eye'.
The guitar in 'On The Strip'. The intro bit of 'Hallowe'en'.
